Difficulty shifting or unable to shift. Reason: The clutch is not clearly separated; the position of the shift rod and the tie rod joint is not correct, the fork is not in place, and the shift rod and the pin are unwelded. Remedy: The clutch is not clearly separated, and the clutch must be adjusted; if the fork is not pulled in place, the position of the joint between the shift rod and the tie rod should be adjusted so that the fork is pulled in place. Automatically disengage. Reasons: Insufficient spring force of the fork; the gear is not in place; the positioning groove of the fork shaft is worn. Remedy: If the gear is not in place, it is necessary to adjust the tie rod joint to make the fork in place, the positioning groove is worn, and the fork shaft can be rotated 90 degrees. Brake failure. Reason: inconsistent braking force; serious wear of brake shoes; too loose brake lever. Remedy: If the braking force is inconsistent, the brake rod nut needs to be adjusted; if the brake rod is too loose, the free stroke of the brake rod needs to be adjusted to within 20-30 mm. The V-belt slips. Reasons: ① The V-belt is too loose; ② The V-belt is severely worn; ③ There is oil on the surface of the V-belt or pulley. Remedy: If the V-belt is too loose, move the diesel engine forward and fasten the corner screws, or adjust the towing pulley. The tension of the V-belt should be about 2kg with the thumb at the mid-span of the tight side, and the belt should sink 8-12 mm; the V-belt should be replaced if it is seriously worn; the surface of the V-belt or pulley should be cleaned with a dry cloth . The V-belt is twisted. Cause: The two pulleys are not aligned. Remedy: Adjust the position of the diesel engine to align the two pulleys. Clutch slips. Reason: the friction plate is oiled, the friction plate is seriously worn; the elastic force of the compression spring is weakened or broken. Remedy: The clutch should be disassembled if the friction plate is oiled, washed with gasoline and dried, and the spring force should be weakened or broken, and the separation lever should be adjusted and a new spring should be replaced.
