Mainbon also held different sport competitions occasionally. What we held most often were badminton competitions. Our employees competed against each other in both one on one and two on two games to obtain the best scores possible. However, the goal of striving to beat others in a contest was not merely to take a trophy home. Sports could teach our employees essential values that they need while confronting any challenge in work, such as discipline, time management, work ethic, aggression, competitive edge, attitude, and strength. Workplace team sports such as playing badminton is considered critical to Mainbon as it reduced sickness costs and increased work performance and team cohesion among our employees.
