In March 2016, the employees of Mainbon Group were led by the CEO to travel to Bali for an annual vacation. When we arrived in Bali, we found that it revealed a whole new and exciting world out there that was quite different from our hometown. Before we get on board, we gathered with our old friend from Southeast Asia and our client from South America and took a group photo together at the pier. The next day, we visited the most famous local attractions. Throughout our experience, we were able to see how people with another culture live differently, speak differently, and look differently. The best part of this vacation was still the drifting contest. We realized how traveling forces us to be adventurous and to live life to the fullest while we were striving to beat each other on the raft. Traveling to Bali was not merely a superior feeling; However, it was an extraordinary experience that opened the inner strength of our employees. This effect was impossible to achieve without traveling. Going to unknown places created new perspectives and inspiration for all employees in the company.
